Injector Problem Help!

NOW THAT ITS SPRING I AM TRYING TO SELL ONE OF MY CAMAROS AND OF COURSE IT WOULD BE THE TBI CAR NOT THE IROC.ANY WAYS I WENT TO START IT AFTER SITTING ALL WINTER AN FOR SOME REASON ONE OF THE INJECTORS IS NOT FIREING AND THE CAR RUNS LIKE CRAP. I SWITCHED THE WIRES FROM THE OTHER WORKING INJECTOR TO THE DEAD ONE AND THE DEAD ONE WOULD WORK AND THE OTHER WOULDNT. I COULDNT FIND A BRAKES IN THE WIRE BUT I CHECKED THE WIRES ON THE WORKING SIDE AND THERE IS ABOUT 12V CONSTANT POWER AND NO POWERE TO THE NON WORKING SIDE ANY IDEAS ?

I know it might seem obvious but trace the wires all the way back to the firewall, I think they go that far. It could be something stupid like an insect living (or died) in the harness somewhere thats screwing it up.

Good Luck, I hope we get some better weather to work on our cars soon!

If you mean to splice into the good injector wires and run both injectors off of that then I don't think you're going to want to do that. I remember reading on here that at certain points of operation of the engine (not really sure where) the injectors fire in an alternating sequence and if they were both run off the same wires this alternating sequence wouldn't be possible I would think.

You either blew a fuse or have a bad wire. The fuses can be found in the fuse box under the dash.... You cannot splice into the injector wire, because 1) the voltage will be cut in half to each injector, and 2)the injectors alternate.
