Hey, ive got a 91 rs with 305 tbi. ive already got my exhaust done and im getting ready to put in 3.73 in the rear. then im going to get a cam. Im looking to get some serious power without a supercharger or nos, ive heard about people shaving their heads or polishing them. but im just looking for something to give me alot of power out of a 305. let me know what you guys think. thanks.

 

do a search, this entire board is aimed to make cars equiped with tbi go faster, this question is asked a few times every week.

 

reckon we should make a sticky with the basics for making more power out of the 305.
Just list some of the basics ya' know ultimate tbi mods cam, heads, exhaust, custom chip things like that. aybe then the question wouldn't be asked quite so often.

I never realised how much could be gained from the L03 until I started READING this forum. I haven't sone any mods yet I did however pick up an LT1 cam and have heads and and intake located.
I'm getting ready to do the exhaust probably this week, my cat needs change so I' gonna go an ahead and so it from heads to tip.
