you can get used ones from the classifieds of www.camaroz28.com or ebay. If you want a new one, go to www.SDPC2000.com or www.paceparts.com

i dont know exact power numbers, but it would be a huge improvement over the stock peanut cam

stock: .350/.384 174/194 109* LSA
LT1: .447/.459 201/207 115* LSA w/1.5 rockers

If those are not the exact numbers, they are pretty close

none of those specs are for the stock LT1 cam, those might be fore the LT4 hot cam or ZZ4 cam, but definately not the stock LT1 cam.

lift is how much the valve actually opens. Duration is the amount of time (in degrees) that the valve stays open above a lift of .05".
If you want to know all you need to know about cams, go pick up the lastest Chevy Hi Performance, there is a big article in this months issue titled Camshaft Basics. Might as well subscribe to it to, only $12 for 1 year and $18 for 2 years, its a great mag.

I have an LT4 cam in my new 350 and it's specs are 203/210 dur and .476/.480 lift. I think those specs are from the 96 LT4.
