Bad stutter/Miss

ok, its a long story to get where im at now so ill try to make it short.

I have an 88 firebird that i recently purchased.
It has a built 350 in it and i believe the stock tbi setup, with a chip and some mod to make the tps put out more fuel for the bigger engine.

It ran great for the person i bought it from and good for me for about a week.

After that i started noticing knock that gradually got worse and worse to where i would hear it anywhere past half throttle.

I then retarded the timing until it stopped knocking.
this worked fine for about a week, then i started to notice a slight miss. Now to figure out where the miss was comming i checked all plugs and wires and all were ok. I even swapped some wires around with no luck.

To try and narrow down where the miss was comming from i tried removing one of the fuses for one of the 2 injectors.. I did this and it seemed like the idle was more rough on the passenger side injector which i figured out later controls the two outer cylinders on the pass side and two inner on the driver.

Letting those 4 cylinders run i removed a plug wire from the cap one at a time to see if they had an effect on the bad idle... all of them made it worse.

So since all of the cylinders under that injector only were running crappy i decided it must be a bad injector...

So, $260 later i installed my 2 new injectors.... take it for a ride around the block and the moment you step on the gas there is a horrible stutter even worse than before.

Now when i remove one fuse the car wont stay running with just the 1 injector on either side.

what am i doing wrong here, I am new to these cars and it is very frustrating not knowing what is going on here..

BTW the engine has only 5k miles on it, I also replaced the cap and rotor, + new fuel filter...

any help would be greatly appreciated
