i went to make for fuel pressure regulator adjustable, i got it off the injector pod and it says to drill out the cap on bottom of cup. Theres a stub sticking out that is hollow at in the center is a cap thats almost flush with the bottom of the cup. Do you drill out the stub that is hollow or the piece in the center of it?
