Ok, here's 2 screen shots I took with it idleing. I cant exactly take one at WOT cuz I don't have a laptop with a serial port to take with me .

Can someone tell me what all this stuff means...I know some of it....but most of it is greek to me.

its looks normal.

the data you are probably going to want to start looking at if you are wanting to get into tuning, is the BLM table view, when you are driving around at part throttle. from that table you can start to modify your VE tables.

there is a tab on the top, titled BLM.

it stands for Block Lean Multiplier.

basicly it determines if you are running rich or lean compared to the VE (volumetric efficiency) tables (they are what contorl how much fuel the engine gets) and adjust based on the value of the block lean (BLM). 128 means the table is dead on, higher than 128 the VE tables are lean, and the computer is adding additional fuel to compensate, lower it is rich, and the computer is taking fuel away.

when you drive around, it will fill values in the BLM table in winaldl. you can look at these values and how far off 128 they are, to determine if you fuel tables in the chip need more or less fuel at a given RPM and MAP value.

i am not going to go much farther into it, for more info there are alot of stickies in teh DIY forum that really explain it more in depth and explain how you modify the VE tables based on teh BLM readings.

Wow, thats pretty cool. I'm going to have to get that usb to serial adaptor once I get paid again. I'd like to see how well the chip is setup (hypertech junk). I'm almost certain it runs rich at part or WOT though...always smells rich.
