i got a 92 camaro 305 tbi automatic and this januay i plan on pulling the motor out. I'm going to port the intake and exhaust chambers my self. have the heads mild to change the compression to 10.1 bore the block .40 over get the rods hardened then a edelbrock tbi intake the turbo city tbi with the match flow injectors i already have shortie headers on it i plan on running a 75 shot of nos does any one have any other good ideas that dont cost to much and what cam should i go with i dont know to much about so i appericate all the help you guys can give me... I'm looking to have one of the fastest tbi cars in the nation

 

I would spend a little more and do all of that to a 350 and ditch the 305. You will spend the same wether it be a 305 or 350 but the 350 will take you much farther. You can only overbore a 305 .030 and not .040. You come dangerously close to water jackets in the 305 block with over boring farther than .030.
