Tried Testing Codes With Engine Running...now it won't start!
Followed the Haynes manual instructions to the letter.....got nothing but lots of quick flashes and a dead engine.
Nice thing to know is the fact that now it does what it was doing before after "warm-up" all the time!
It tries to start....will run momentarily....occasionally. Thats' what my symptoms have been all along.
Perhaps I burn't the ECM? Perhaps that has been my problem all along? Could it have been dieing and was only showing symtoms after warm-up....running everything fine while cool and at full voltage, only to collapse and die after the heat and alt loads took their toll?
Opinions, please!

How are you testing for codes? Jumping pins or with a scanner? The reason I ask is cuz you're not suspose to have the engine running when you do it by jumping pins.
Try disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery for 15 min. then hook it back up and give it a crank.
Good luck with it man!
