MAP Adjusters?

Anyone used a adjuster as listed on web page below: Hope this is ok as I did not know how to explain or if these work:

Seems like the easy way around chip bruning. They even say so themselves. It would be easier to adjust your fuel maps than use that I would imagine.

I wondered when I saw the one type they had last year, but now they have a few. Guess it's more of a bandaid, but if it did help in some cases, others may of been interested.

Trying to learn once I get the funds to buy tools to burn chips, may get cable if I can find out if winALDL (Service # 16168625) will work.
