How tall of an element are you guys fitting under the stock hood?
About to swap to an open element, but before I do I'm wondering how tall can the filter element go under the stock hood? 14''x?'' Also, how do you guys get away with the smog laws? I figure I'll just keep the old stuff and put it back on if I'm required to smog.
