Will this work?
I 'm looking for some advice. I am thinking about using a edlebrock performer intake, LTI hydraulic roller cam, and 081 TPI heads, on my 92rs 305 TBI. Will this work and will I need to upgrade anything else in conjunction with the set up. And lastly how much of a HP increase am I likely to see.

Yeah, good link but what about other parts that work in conjunction with the set up described. Like a better TB, fuel pump, and timing chain or will the stockers work.

Hey welcome abaord! Your parts selection is right on par. However, you will want to make sure you have the ability to burn your own chips along with a few other big mods like full exhaust and fuel system upgrades. vjo did me a favor by linking you to the "new to TBI" thread posted at the top of this forum. It was written to help novice TBI'ers out with the stuff that makes these cars tick. Take a look and report back if you have any further questions or concerns that are not covered. Also, try a few searches on the parts you have selected. You will find posts that have covered the info to the hills and beyond. Because there is so much stuff already at your disposal I will lock this for now. It will make things eiaser for you in the long run. Welcome abaord, good luck and happy modding!
EDIT: I just read your post. You will not want to re-use your stock valve springs or timing chain. A few searches should tell you which ones to get. If this isn't enough to get you started feel free to let me know and I can give you a hand via PM.
