Rocker Arm question

Hey guys I just have a quick question about rocker arms. I have LO5 motor out of a 90 Caprice so I know its a roller motor and I want to put 1.6 roller rockers on it..... does anyone know what size stud I need and if I need self aligning ones? Thanks guys, Ron.

it should be 3/8" self-aligning. you would need self aligning if the heads have pushrods guids built in. you only want one way to align the pushrods.

ok just so you know look at your heads where the push rods go, if they are and long oval or you have guilde plated don't use self aligning rockers if they are if they are shaped like O you need self aligning rockers or install guide plates. NOT all roller rockers will fit inside short centerblot valve covers, so ask before you buy.
