can i point out something?
iv recently have had both fan relays not work, so i hardwired a fan switch in the car, and turn it on when need be, i got on it today well the coolet temp was 160* its like night and day, all im saying is this should have been my first mod, the Camaro is more responsive and brakes the tires lose even more, and has much much more acceleration force, and for less then 25 cents you cant beat it
im sure you all knew this but im just droping a post for others to read

The car running better cool is probably due to the ecm not entering closed loop or the calibration being off. I find that my engine runs best around 200 degrees in cold weather. Runs fine cooler, but theres alot of fuel puddling when the engine is cold. Im going to be switching back to a 190 degree t-stat just to give more consistency in engine temps year round. Runs 175-180 in the winter, 210 all summer. Kind of makes sense since the stock cooling system was designed to only dissipate so much heat and the only way it can dissipate enough heat is to operate at the higher stock temperature.
ditto... not entering closed loop keeps mine running... as soon as i get into closed loop, timing goes WAY off, crazy loud detonation... i need some chip tuning
she runs rich as all heck because of that too... but man, does she get up... only until 170* though... then she is practically worthless...
