l98 TBI
Has anyone taken a l98 with aluminum heads (vette motor) and put a TBI system on the top.

I know one guy who used aluminum L98 heads on his 305 TBI and he had good luck with them. His name escapes me right now though. They are a great head for a 350 and there is no reason to not use them if you have them.

No the vettes have the old bolt pattern on the heads. The vette heads are also without an EGR passage. You will need a chip with the EGR turned off. You will also need to elongate the 4 middle bolt holes on the intake as the bolts on the L98 vette motor are all in the same plain.

I'm running the '113 Vette heads on top of a 331 (30 ovr 327) with a single plane intake and a 2"+ bore TBI. I wouldn't run a TBI intake on a L98 with those heads. Use a single plane intake and an adaptor plate.
