Throttlebody spacer ?

Would a throttlebody spacer still be useful and good if I would install a ram air intake on the TBI first ?

Or would the spacer just be a waste due to the increased airflow of the ram air ?

I can see how a regular spacer, raising it, cooling the temp, adding more space for the air... would work excellent with ram air, but my main question is ... the spiral spacers, creating the vortex, would they still be good to buy if one will have ram air ?

By ram air you mean cold air induction or are you actually adding more pressure beyond atmospheric, CAI right?

Spacers aren't worth it until you are trying to tune your combo around a few more cubes of plenum volume. I would put the $70 elsewhere.

ram air hood

Actually I'll probably have a ram air scoop .. so that's why I was wondering.. because at higher speeds I'd think the pressure would increase somewhat (depending on where exactly scoop opening would be located on the hood)
