Well I finally fixed my problem ... idle is back down to a nice and smooth 750 .. maybe even slightly less than that
Problem was the IAC after all ... well.. actually.. the connection ... a tab had broken off a while back.. and the connector wouldn't attach properly to the IAC ...
I really appreciate everyone's help on this one ... and I'd like to add as well that.... that's what finally fixed the problem .. it may have been the CTS as well and other things too
No *lol* never replaced the O2 sensor ... taking it back after reading all bad feedback regarding the Bosch sensor *lol*
Once again.. thanks everyone
And now that I'm done with that.. I can F I N A L L Y work on other things with the car lol

No no no lol
Guys... that price .. is .. on base ... the military price (we get gas a little bit cheaper... since we dont make as much money)
Outside for the civilians ... some place downtown it's actually 3.05 for a gallon of regular
CA will always be more expensive than anything besides Hawaii

2.93 for 87 octane in the Bay Area. You are over 3 bucks for high test.
