does any of the performance companies make short ram air intakes for TBI, iv seen 1 at a swap meet but that was b4 i had my 92 camaro, i cant find any an im half tempted to make my own

First off welcome to TGO. This place has the biggest wealth of ThirdGen knowledge and enthusiests you'll ever see! Secondly, if you use the 
button, you'll find just about anything and everything there is you could hope to ask about. (ESPECIALLY intakes for TBI cars!) As far as I know though, there really isn't an aftermarket ram-air or FIPK on the market for us, you perdy much have to make it yourself. (again, do , 50,000,000 threads on that topic)
