I believe that Hedman and MAC do too, but I'm not sure.

Yes they do.

Technically though I think only the Edelbrock TBI heads are legal in cali. However, (and from what I read) as long as you have the AIR hooked up you should pass. You do not want the TBI specific Edelbrock headers. SLP, Mac, Hooker, and Hedman all make headers for these cars with the necessary AIR provisions.

We put the TPI Edelbrock headers on my son's TBI '91 RS. We got the big catalytic converter off a TPI Formula and put a TPI Flowmaster cat-back exhaust system on it. The TPI headers have a bigger y-pipe and the TPI cat has larger inlet/outlet than the TBI unit. Bigger diameter - less restriction on exhaust flowing through it. Sounds good, too (though I like my Edelbrock cat back system on my IROC better, flowmaster was his choice.)

Yeah most companies can also weld them on if you pay em' a little extra.

I forget about different exhaust companies and items cause I decided a long time ago that if I ever bought headers for a thirdgen it'd be 2055's.
