Ok. the performer carb manifold is in, along with the holley adapter, the egr is blocked off ( heat crossover I think ) is. fuel press is set to 13.5, seems way to high to me, but engine bogs at 4400 rpm to 5000 rpm, then picks up a little. I've replaced the injectors with 350 injectors, fuel filter, spark plugs, rotor and wires, new IAT mounted behind the headlights, timing is set to 4* advanced.. am at a complete loss now.. could it be too RICH?? or something else?

most likely anyways since im assuming you dont have a chip to take out all that fuel you just added
my car does the same exact thing when its rich (or cold)
try pulling a plug from when it bogs
Find a deserted road, and just go all out in like second gear and when you hit the bog point, just turn off the ignition (one click back so the steering wheel wont lock) and just coast off to the side of the road
pull out a spark plug
if its darker than baby turd brown then its rich
