91 stock l98 vs 91 305 tbi heads

91 stock l98 vs 91 305 tbi heads

i have a chance get 91 l98 aluminum heads stock . they only have about 22000 miles on them. i was wondering if i put those on what type of hp increase do i expect. Also ive through about redoing my heads with perforamnce stuff. witch one do you guys think i should do??

Though I don't have flow numbers to back it up, I think the Al. L98 heads are almost infinitely better than the stock L03 heads. Be aware that you'll have to get a new intake because the L98's have different intake bolt angles than your stock heads. I've got flow numbers for the L98 heads on my site, if you're interested.

well currently im running the edelbrock performer tbi intake with that cause me problems??

youll need to grind the center two bolt holes at a different angle to make it work but its a very simple modification

and yes those heads are wayyyyyy better than stock
