the engine is a 4.3 liter out of a 93 pick-up that my freind swapped into his 2.8 camaro. everything was running fine for months, now he has a code 32 and 33? the car runs very bad and feels like a huge miss. the tune up is brand new. any help?

I had this problem before, it ended up being my EGR valve, if it sticks open that causes a code 32 as well as a really bad idle. At higher RPM's the car runs okay, but at idle it feels like its a bad misfire or something. Check the EGR valve.
