The PCV valve that was on the passenger side valve cover should be replaced with a breather. The electrical wires lead to a sensor in the air cleaner assy that you'll need to install in your new one, or elsewhere close to the intake. The vacuum line that led to the Thermac on the snorkle can be removed, and the port capped. If you don't have a cap, a screw or even a golf tee in the hose will plug it nicely.

I could not get the breather to re-attach so I went to the auto store and bought an actual filter replacement and rubberbanded it around the end of that metal pipe. I wanted to fit an aftermarket breather on there but all the ones that I bought did not fit with the space allowed so I had to rig it up.
