187 heads
I just got a set of 187 heads and they dont have rotators on the exaust valvesprings. Are they just missing or not needed?

Both missing and not needed. Rotators on passenger cars were Darwin-ed out on GM heads by the time of the LT1 and L31, so they really aren't needed. Replace the valve springs and do some porting on the heads before you use them.

I got the heads off of a blown motor, it has new valves/springs. They are going on a spare motor so not going to wory about porting them.
