TBI in a 69 Chevelle. Suggestions?

I have a 69 Chevelle, that I have/am in the process of putting TBI in. I have the TB mounted, and the computer hooked up, but not mounted. I ran the return line into a gas can , and cranked it up. the car ran great, but I still have some "loose ends" LOL I need some info on running a return line. I know this is pretty straight foward, but where do I get 20 foot lengths of fuel line?
I also have started "unfangleing" this harness. I have been pulling the uneeded wires egr etc out and seperating them fron the needed stuff. Should I just hack these off? or pull the pin out of the harness?
How about my O2 sensor? I know I will have to drill a hole on the collector, but where do I get a bung to weld in? Any suggestions and or comments are totally welcome.

You can get bulk fuel line from Summitracing.com or jegs.com you could even go with braided stainless for ease of install depending on your bank account.

Were it me, I wouldn't cut anything from the harness - at least until you've been running for six months with no problems - but that's me, I could be wrong.

I picked up aluminum bungs from my local speed shop for my rig - alternatively you can go to Ace hardware types to find couplers that will work as well.

Hope this helps,

Steve

Steve, I went and checked out your dual TBI setup on your page, and I do not think resistors inline with your IAC's will work. They are stepper motors if I am not mistaken, and resistors would just diminish the signal to the IAC's. BTW cool *** car. I like!! Any more suggestions guys?

Check with your local muffler shop, here in Ca. we use them all the time. (The o2 bung)

As for the return line, I went to a pick-your-part and pulled one out of a Chevelle that had a fuel canister. It's 5/16 line(steel tubing) and reaches all the way from the engine bay to the rear crossmember by of the rear end. Then hook it up with a short piece of hose.
