My problems
Ok I'm really getting sick of my car. I think it's starting to fall apart...but lets just talk about my main problems right now. Sometimes I'll go to crank my car and nothing happens. My battary is fully charged and everything works fine, but when I turn the key over nothing happens. No turning over. No clicking. Nothing. I've beat and banged on everything I can think of and nothing helps this problem. All I can do is wait it out, then...magically...it cranks. It's a very annoying problem
2. I hooked my car up on a diagnostics tool about a month ago because of what I thought to be a miss. When the results came back it said it was the EGR Valve and Fuel pump. I agreed with the EGR reading and planned on cleaning/replacing it soon but hadn't had a problem with the fuel pump so I didn't know what to think of it.Yesterday afternoon I finally cleaned the valve and it ran fine for about an hour, then stopped idling again. Maybe the valve just doesn't work. I'm not sure how to check it tho.
3. About 3 days ago I was pulling out of a store and as I was accellerating my car started cutting out ridiculously bad. It acted the same way it does at idle with the whole EGR thing...but from what I've read the valve only affects the idle.
On top of all this, my car has lost power. Not all power, but it is noticable.
All help is appreciated.
Btw, my car is a tbi 355 with stock 305 fuel pump, motervation 350 chip, 350 injectors(don't know what size). If any other info is needed, just ask. New fuel pump reccomendations would be nice also....but I need a cheap one. I keep reading about the walbro but I don't really have 160 to spend right now.

With about 100% CERTINTY, problem number 1 is VATS. The resistor pellet on you key. From what I have read a stock replacement TPI pump is good. I'll let someone with better knowledge chime in on the rest.
