Is there any power to the fuel pump at all?If there isn't that relay or a fuse may be the problem.

You are going to need a test light once you find the right wires. Can you even hear the pump with the key just in the on poistion?A wire could be touching and grounding it out if the fuel pump is not working or its no good as well.Is there any thing else that its not doing?

Sounds like you might have done something wrong in the installation. You have spark but no gas.The only thing I can think of is a wire could be grounding out.

Remove your Fuel pump relay.

Get some thick wire and jump the orange wire and the red? wire. (just jump the two thickest wires going to the fuel pump relay)

If the fuel pump doesn't work then, then you must have a short in the wiring.

The fuel pump is turned on by two things. The ECM "primes" it when you turn the key, and the Oil pressure sensor. The OPS acts like a relay, no oil pressure=no voltage to turn your fuel pump on.

I tried to jump the two wires on the fuel pump relay still nothing but now I notice there is no SES (service engine soon light) on when I put the key in the acc position. Fill me in on what I should do next. Any help is welcome.

Check the two ECM fuses, on is in the fuse block, the other looks like a small relay, it's near the battery in a Camaro.

The car will now start with the fuel pump relay "jumped" but I went out and bought a new relay still no start. So am I wrong in thinking that I will have to go through the whole wiring harness to find my problem. Any place that I should start with frist?

It sounds like your not getting any power to the fp relay on the primary side ( the one that energizes the relay too make the circuit from the battery to the pump ). It could be the oil pressure switch or something else. Try grounding the wire that goes to the ops, if the switch is bad then it should run with the wire grounded. Just my .02 .
