I still have to do that. I don't know the size, just bring in a piece of the hose you have. Sorry I can't help but I'm not going to do this for a while since it's warm out. I'm just glad I still have A/C after the engine swap .

I didn't do it but I finally found the heater cap and a place that lets you cut your own length so I'm ready for next time. I believe its 3/4" hose
