ADS superchip questions...

I bought an ads superchip a few months ago. model 8712A street version. I installed it and used it for about two weeks... then all of a sudden my truck started running very badly.. I would start it and the idle would jump up and down about 200 rpm.. sometimes after it would warm up it would even stall. checked everything and replaced all the vac lines as they where original I retorqued the intake manifold.. I still had the same problem. I pulled the superchip and installed the stock one and the problem went away. 1 week later I reinstall the superchip and right off the first start it was jumping around idling again. I called superchip and they had me send them the chip back.. 1 week later I call them and they said it had nothing wrong with it except that it was an old program on it so they updated it to the new one. I still haven't received it yet but they guy told me it probably wont' rectify the problem I was having....

anyone have any ideas??? it sometimes seems to idle up and down a very slight bit with the stock chip but nothing really apparent.. I'm just wondering if one of the sensors is gone out of whack or something. could the MAP sensor be acting up?

thks

My dad HAD that chip in his truck. He could feel the power difference. After about 30,000 miles the chip went out . It would start in 2nd gear and stay there and wouldn't run right. We put the stock chip back and has done great since then

****........ I received the new chip from ads yesterday .. installed it and hooked the battery back up. drove around town for about 15 -20 mins so the ecm would relearn. ran great.. went back out about 2hours later.. still running good.. get in the truck for the first time since yesterday and start it.. here we go again the idle is loping up down up down... after about 30 seconds it stopped and everything is fine again.. did the ecm just have to adjust again?

I dont' understand.. I still get the loping idle on cold start for about 30 seconds. and when it's warm it will do it sometimes when I start it up and if I turn it off and start it up again it stops doing it.. It only happens with that chip in..
