Off the top of my head:
- use a pump to get most of the gas out of tank
- drive it all out
- drop the tank & pour it all out
They sell cheapie little pumps at most auto part stores for taking the gas out of the tank without having to syphen. Look for the longest one that reach all the way to the bottom of the tank, and get as most out as you can. The other two options are pretty self explanatory, but if you really can't drive the car at all I guess option 2 is scratched. Maybe somebody else has another idea I couldn't come up with off the top of my head.

Unless you have made some major modifications to your engine (I.E. high compression, cranked timing) your engine should run better on 87 than 93. The stock compression ratio just doesn't need the higher octane and will even make more power on 87.

It sounds like maybe you just got bad gas (water in tank) 2 things
empty a can of dry gas into it. Rock the car up and down a few times to slosh it all around and then let it sit for about an hour. Try running it then. If that doesn't fix it then:
Get some octane booster. Put that in there and repeat above procedure. If neither of those fixes the problem, then you have a really big coincidence, and something else just broke.
But it really does sound to me like bad gas, which some drygas will fix.

Yeah, those sketchy gas stationd get water in their tanks, I remember one time I put 91 in my tank, and felt so ripped of because it was a huge waste of money, and ran the same. Don't put 91 in a 305 TBI, it's not a high performance machine, 91 is for high performance machines.
