The final choice; which will propel me into 12's?

As you can see from my set up, I'm geared for runs in the 13's...hopefully. However, I still have some money to spend, and I have a choice now.

Should I invest in the Edelbock intake manifold, a 2400 RPM stall torque converter and 3.42 posi in the rear...

OR...

Should I forget those three things and buy the Chevy S/R Torquer 305 heads for my car?

What would affect my ET and power more?

What's worth the investment? It's choice A or B, not both...since I'm getting a Firehawk in the fall.

Yeah, I would start out with the sh*t GM decided that wasn't important for our cars. Like Limited SLip Differential and a higher gear ratio. That alone will knock off a good .4 off the 1/4 mile time. And the intake will help out along with the TC. Then save up for the heads and maybe a cam. That might get u into 12's but its really hard to say. Only 305 I have ever seen in 12's had a Supercharger, entire block replaced with aftermarket parts, entire injection modified along with the suspension and a 75 shot of NOS. Seems an awful lot of money to spend and things to work on for 12's. But some people just love a challenge I guess.

camaroracer1992..I want to race you. That's a list I THINK of everything; there are other things I did. I also upped the shot from 100 to 125 yesterday. Unfortunatley I crashed my car today and have 1500 dollars in body work to fix.

I'm porting 305 TPI heads to my car and I'm going with choice one; I can get the heads for 25 bucks, and I'm having them port and polished. =D I WILL RUN 12's.
