okay so....
I talked to a buddys friend, who said i could swap from Carb to TBI(Buying an aftermarket computer also) and said it would work just fine, he said if i get the parts to do it, he will charge me $200.00 for the whole job.
Worth swaping to TBI from a Carb?
Thanks, in advance

Here's a better idea, find a factory TBI car and gather up all the stock TBI stuff and swap it yourself for about $200 parts AND labor.
Seriously though, there is no need for an aftermarket ecm. You would end up spending well over $2000 if you went that route. I'm assuming this is on the 2.8 that is listed in your sig, I'm not real familiar with the 6 cylinders, but I'm sure you can find a donar car somewhere. If not you could easily retrofit a V-8 setup onto the V-6 as long as you were willing to dive into DIY chip tuning.
