Lt1 cam wtih what springs?

I have just recently instaled and 96 lt1 cam and was wondering how long those old springs will hold up and which ones I should get when i replace them?

Transmission: fixed the 700r4 again!
well it depends on how many miles are on them .. but generally i would recommend replaining them soon. i would say you can either go with lt4 springs/retainers or lt1's .
