Ok, How much power/torque could I reasonably make with a TBI 350? The tb unit is modified with 350 injectors from the chev dealer, but otherwise stock. the engine is 9:1 compression, with a decent cam. I want to stick with the stock tb unit, unless I can't get decent power. (without nitrous, for now)

 

I think www.sdpc2000.com said 280HP with the old GM 350 H.O. 300hp crate engine, edelbrock TBI intake and stock size TBI.

Yeah, I bet if you could get 280 with the older crate motor heads, you could get 300hp with the newer GMPP 330hp motor... Will ned PROM work for sure, for spark and fuel parameter changes... the 212/222 cam will need it.

 

Most I have spoken to say about 300 HP is the reasonable limit for GM TBI.I bought a 300HP
crate motor and it runs fine.GM no longer sells a 300HP,and the Vortec 330HP motor requires the new Vortec TBI manifold and EGR adapter connected to the exhaust if it has to pass emissions testing.
