Rich on Start up

Im haveing a rich condition indicated by black smoke when I start my car within 5-10 min after running it for any length of time. It does not smoke after sitting for about 30 min and it does not smoke after sitting overnight and it does not smoke when reved. The TB has been cleaned, min air set, new TPS,IAC,and CTS. Injectors do not visably leak and the FP has been adjusted with no change in smoke conditon and it at stock (factory set) position. The ignition has new plugs (reg ACs), new cap, rotor, MSD 6AL, GM Blaster coil and the base timing is a 4 degrees. So how come there is more fuel in my car than it can burn at start up? Im clueless please help me.

prolly valve seals how many miles do you have? the valve seals just need to warm up because they are old and when heated expand and no more oil leaks mine does that becasue its a new engine

That would be blue smoke, not black like he said he has.

Is the CTS a temperature sensor? That is what I was going to say, the one in the manifold.

Yes the CTS (Coolant Temperature Sensor) is in the front part of the intake and helps the computer figure out what the fuel ratio should be relative to the temperature of the coolant. And no my valve seals are not bad, the sign of worn valve seals is blue smoke on start up after sitting for quite some time (such as over night) or sitting at idle for extended amounts of time (traffic jam). Does any one know if the O2 sensor has any input when you start the car or is it a closed loop only input?

sorry not paying attention i did however recently have my cts unhooked and it was not bad at first but when it warmed up it blew black smoke out the back, FROM richness, but you are having it at start up so i dont think its that, the o2 senor i "belive" is only working during close loop becasue it has to be heated to the right temp to work.
