Jet Stage II chip question?
Hey,I had a jet stage II chip in my 92RS 305/5 speed part#19211-s.What I need to know is will it work in earlier year TBI/5speed cars or is it 92 year specific.The jet web site lists different part#'s for the earlier years.If it will work,what years?thanks, jt

It's not specific to 92 at all. it's specific to the ECM. You have the 8746 ECM and that was put in TBI starting in 89. What ever you find that has an 8746 ECM and is a 5 speed that chip will work.
