Big Question TBI to TPI

That thing will choke your 350. It is a great price though.

TPI = pain in the a$$.
I like TBI better even tho some says it's not performance. No....it wasn't DESIGNED to be performance. But I'll betcha TBI will flow better on a 350 b/c TPI was designed for a 305 below 4500 RPM.
But hey, if you want to deal 4,000,000 half-stripped T-45 torx bolts and horrendously expensive performance parts, you have more patience than me!

Are you guys serious? I switched and my 350 isn't "choked." Bottom line is: if you want some performance go TPI. simplicity? well you know.......

If it's a 90-92 set up, that is a great price. If it's a 85-89, then your going to fall subject to the MAF stuff.
If your thinking about going quick, the later setup is the way to go.
If you go to the Prom burning section, and look at the *final answer* threads there might be some info., that would help you figure out what exactly is going on.

everyone has a buddy that has a faster car. I really respect people that can bolt on a carb. really
get 20 plus mpg, cold start up perfection, and 13.5 seconds, and then we will talk.
