To run an LT4 hot cam you will need headwork. You will have to have the valve guides cut to accommodate the larger lift of that cam. You will also want to remove the pressed in rocker studs for screw in units. Running a cam past .500" lift on the stock pressed in studs is a disaster waiting to happen. The stock heads flow about 165cfm on the intake side, which means they will support near 300 hp untouched (assuming tuning and a can under .480" lift is used). The LT4 hot cam would be too much cam on the stock heads. A little porting goes a long way and would be recommended before putting in that cam. At the end of the day this combo is at the mercy of your chip tuning skills. If you cannot tune a TBI set-up a cam swap (any cam swap) is not for you.

You'll also need allot more air and fuel than the stock TBI can provide. When I ran TBI with a LT1 cam, torquer 305 heads and good carb intake manifold, the engine would start to develop vacuum and turn lean above 5000 rpm, no matter how the programming was tuned.
