have a 95 chevy truck, on both heads the exhaust manifold bolts that are farthest back are broke off in the head causing headers to leak slightly. found a un-passable deal on iron vortec heads, they are free. i want to put these heads on with a mild dual plane intake and an adaptor to run tbi. already have all the ultimate tbi mods etc. if i swap over will this run at all until i can properly tune? or should i just wait till i have all the equipment and know how to tune?

 

guess theres only one way to find out. gonna send out the heads to get freshened up, then gotta find the intake i want. i guess if it doesnt work i can always sell the heads and intake. hopefully i can make it work, even if i have to overcome my fear of tuning.
