3/4 throttle pulls better than WOT
350 TBI truck basically stock. At WOT approching 4000 rpm,truck just quits pulling. Its making alot of noise but aint going nowhere. I can lift the throttle and it pull on up to 4500. Installed a new AC-Delco pump/strainer/filter recently. Is this normal for the stock tune?
