Axle/Gears: 3.08
NO POWER
I just bought another 91 rs tbi car and it don't have any power. it will clear up and run good for a minute and then it just goes back. The car has just had new plugs, cap, rotor, and knock sensor put on before I bought it. Any ideas what it could be?

I gutted the cat and it still runs the same. The tach is also way off and I think it has something to do with my problem, it is showing code 43.
