Exactly my point. It's a choice between clean air or dirty air...
Re: dual pcv VS single pcv questions & routing
not quite sure what your asking here... but the 2 pcvs will help each other.. and get all the hydrocarbons sucked out the crankcase better.. this better seals etc, cleaner oils.. should create and free more horses.. if thats what your asking.

it was said in this thread that the pcv valve is actually what limits how much air that vac line gets. if this is true, then when you add another pcv valve to that same vac line with a T, then since there are now 2 pcv valves connected to that vac line, there will be more air getting sucked in by the vac. will this affect how the engine idles and runs because its used to having less air being sucked in by the vac?

IAC should take care of that by closing a little bit more to reach desired rpm.

This is just another attempt at logic. But if you have one vacuum line going to a tee with two pcv valves, you're still have the same amount of vacuum and air flow as you did with one pcv. Its still going into the same single vacuum source. the engine at high vacuum will only draw so much from the 3/8" line, and that doesn't change by teeing an extra pcv valve in does it?

You should still have an iac (idle air control) valve. I believe all fuel injected vehicles have some sort of air metering device. a mass air flow sensor just measures the amount of air coming in.
