Re: tbi chip

89-92 F Body used a 1228746 ECU for TBI as did the 89-92 B Body or Caprice. so the chip will run car. But the spark tables will be lesss than perfect. Maybe a better thought is stock F body bin with a change in BPC which is the engine size. a much better thought is a stock bin burned after a series of datalogs optimizing overall tune. we want the car to run optimally dont we?

There is a wealth of info in stickies above. also in TBI Forum there is a long tread "Come on in for free tune" about how to get started A-Z. Good stuff.

Thanks, I'm gonna start reading up on it. From the sounds of things, I'm going to have to learn how to tune it my self to get any kind of good results out of it.
