Restore/finishing/ Problems!!

hey guys i finally finished my restore well not everything done, but the most part where i can start the car again and get all the dirt/grime out of her and then put new oil in and let her run for a few.

here is the thing, i have spark, and i have air but the fuel is not getting to the tbi. before i did the over haul the car started and ran. the fuel pump is brand new, the fuel pump fuse is still good, and relay was just replaced. soo i dont know why im not getting any fuel to the tbi.

any suggestions or ideas?
