looks like it should, but you should just get an open element, its oh, about 200 dollars cheaper.

Werent 4th gens equipped with a RAII hood? if so, try finding one at a boneyard, and try and get the box off of it, it will be for an LS1 but im sure you could modify it to work, You could also fab up your own custom box pretty easily using sheet metal, shouldnt be too hard of a job, there was a thread awhile back about the RAII hood, maybe you can find someone who has made their own and message them on how they made it? but as far as intakes go now, id say get an open element, its 20$ and you wont feel bad getting rid of it if you decide to make your own box, as opposed to spending 200$ for something off of ebay.
