You have to read down a ways but there are quite a few bin files posted in the thread (there are five pages of posts, so you will have to look). You can proabably find one to get you close. I think there is also a library of bins on the moates website here: http://www.moates.net/info_pages.php?pages_id=14 You will have to use the guest username and password given on the website to access the files.
Finally, I plan to use RBob's EBL Flash progammer when I start tuning in the near future. It will let you plug a laptop directly into your ECM and get real time performance data. It also lets you store 8 bins at a time so you can go out and compare different tuning settings or have alternate bins, such as one for power and one for high gas mileage. The EBL comes with something like 30 pre-made bins, so you can probably find one that works good for you. The website is www.dynamicefi.com
Its great to here that there are firebirds as far away from here as Ukraine. I hope this was helpful.

First step is remove chip from ECU- read it with appropriate hardware- and save it( I use TunerPro). That is the base tune you will need to modify.
Or you can do same with your Firebird chip if they use the same ECU. I believe they both use the 8746 ECU(unless Caprice is TPI?). Then you would need to change the BPC in addtion to other items if you are using the Firebird chip. That you be my preference?
Next is datalog and you will need a ALDL cable and datalog program(free?).
Datalog will tell you what the sensors are seeing and show you what may need changing(harder part).
As suggested read the stickies a dozen times !

Im read original chip (2732A) with universal reader and save it , also i have a police chip and trying to find difinitions , Also my friend is repair injection cars today he try to do some hints and car ran better now, but still have a problem: when im staying and pull full throttle shes fired up but wont burn the tires , only light tires tale on tarmac about 5-7 meters
car with 300 hp cant be like this , when i run on the streen about 20 mph and do a full throtle she is fired up amazing and kickdown works great. My tranny is absolutely new with 2nd heavy duty stage from TRANSMISSION DEPOT , what it can be ? no detonation , no gasoline smell , engine works great at idle speed . car have posi 3.23 and now i use BM shifter cable with standart shifter becouse my cable is broken and i dont like BM shifter at all , car start running from 1st speed but i dont know from D or OD
