If I Install a competition racing cam in my trans am with a performance chip would i be able to adjust the fuel pressure enough to support it or will i need a new fuel pump ec. ????

 

What cam you going to get?
And I would just get a new pump, if your pump is original its already pretty old, so it would be a good idea just to get a high flow pump and mod your stock regulator to make it adjustable [use the search on here]

And depending on what cam you get, you will probably need a little head work and an aftermarket chip wouldent be ideal, best would be EBL
