poor performance.. HELP

poor performance.. HELP
ok my car sucks for some reason i dont know whats going on. if i punch it it dont go anywere. but if i have it about quater throttle it goes just as fast as it would if i punched it. but after about quater throttle its gutless. timing is advanced to 4 new spark modual, iac, plugs ,wires ,cap, fuel pump relay. i have open element but there is no ***** any ideas ? im just tryin to make her run decent until i do my motor swap anything would be much aprreciated thanks

i am talking about a tbi and i found out the my rotor bug is rubbing the cap witch it must have just started doing
