I just want to double check...
My car's been having a little trouble with the injectors. One side is busted and it's a constant drip.
Last Friday, I yanked the TBI off of a 1992 5L and had planned to put it on my car (1990 5L) but realized that the TPS connector is not the same. On my 1990, it's three prongs in a row.. on the 1992, the three prongs form a triangle (the connector is circular). Okay, so here are 2 questions just to double check..
Can I splice a new (circular) TPS connector into the old wires when I hook up the 1992 TBI to my car?
And question number two.. I may just take the injectors off the 1992 and put them on my 1990 TBI but there's a fraction of a percent of me that's doubtful so I wanted to make sure they're interchangeable as long as the gaskets are still in tact. Are they?
Thanks, Heather.

Re: I just want to double check...
Good, I love being right. I just tend to second guess myself.
My 'Maro is over at my garage, with both TBI units, so I'll have to check the part numbers tomorrow. I remember a few of the markings being different, but where is the actual part number located?
