305 Valve springs
do these L03 come stock with springs with dampeners in them?

no , not meant for real performance . lo3's are meant to last at long time (they do) . its a common up-grade if you get in-to the head . good luck .

reason why i asked is i just cracked mine open today and found em in there, the block was replaced at one time, im assuming the dealer put the upgraded springs in at that time, i was going to put the LT-1 cam in, should i even bother replacing the springs since the upgraded springs are already in?
