Engine idles funny, rough then sooth almost miss

Engine idles funny, rough then sooth almost miss
This has been happening for a while. Im not sure if it needs to be cleaned or the cable needs to be lubed or what. Not even sure if it is my throttle body

Maybe it's something simple. Check vacuum hoses for leaks, and retorque intake manifold bolts and tbi bolts to proper specs (I don't have them).
If that doesn't fix it, you might consider a tuneup (plugs, wires, cap, rotor), or it could be a sensor problem, etc.
